Dear Hollywood,
Help me tell an old tale on the big screen. It follows an elderly Jewish-Indian jazz musician living in the early eighties, when most of humanity has lost consciousness. He befriends an Arab mother and her eight-year-old daughter, who is slowly dying from a subdural hematoma. Over time, saving her life becomes his main purpose.
What are you after these days?
I can only give you a story you will mention first when they ask about your achievements in your . . . recent memory.
